Nice house in warm community just south of Byron. Couple good restaurants around the corner, and 2 blocks from the beach. We paid a premium given the time of year, and expected a little more from the house. Kitchen cooking supplies were quite dated (need more utensils to cook for 2 families) and it wasn’t as well stocked on the essentials (napkins, sets of glasses) that I would expect for that price point. The smaller full bath has a leaky shower which required a floor cleaning after every use. The outdoor bedroom and bath are great for older kids or adults that can be separate from the group. Fun double singles with loft for younger kids to have a space to play with nice drawer full of legos. Amazing old books throughout the house. Overall great location and space just needs a refresh in a few places. Nice pool and garden with play/exercise gym. Recommend they add beach chairs, umbrella and some better cooking utensils that will last.

Would be great to offer some beach equipment like an umbrella and chairs. Also the blind above the kitchen sink is filthy, pretty gross to look at everytime you’re in the kitchen. Needs to either be cleaned or replaced. The rugs and couches could use a steam clean. I get they are heavily used as a rental. Keep a squeegee in the smaller main bathroom to wipe up from the shower water that leaks out. That shower head also doesn’t stay in place for tall people, it slips down. Is the outdoor shower heated? We couldn’t get warm water out so it’s not really a full shower without warm water option. There’s also a nest of some sort on the ceiling above the outdoor toilet and sink. Wasn’t sure if wasps would come flying out of it.

Great stay in this beautiful Air BnB! Loved the pool, indoor/outdoor flow of the house and how close it was to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend away with friends or family.

Thanks again! We had a great stay. We did find the home to not be super clean in areas such as the kitchen and outdoors, and couldn’t get the sauna to work. Would be lovely if the ice bath, sauna, spa etc were all ready to go on arrival, but I understand if that’s not possible. Otherwise, great stay thank you for being so accomodating 🙂
