Billy Badani
Head of Operations
Billy has spent nearly two decades in luxury property, building a deep understanding of what separates a good stay from an exceptional one. His background spans high end property management, owner relations, and guest experience design. At Kalio, Billy leads day to day operations, owner partnerships, and portfolio growth. He is the first point of contact for owners joining the collection and the person ensuring every property is prepared, presented, and managed to the same exacting standard.
Stefan Vadamootoo
Head of Strategy
Stefan's career has moved across property investment, capital raising, and business building in both Australia and the UK. After founding and selling a luxury goods business, he turned his focus to Byron Bay, combining a background in real estate strategy with a long held interest in design, hospitality, and technology. At Kalio, Stefan leads brand development, pricing and revenue strategy, and the systems and infrastructure that allow a small team to deliver at a level typically reserved for much larger operations.
